Begin this morning by lifting your eyes to the One who never sleeps and never abandons His children. Adore God for His steadfast character—His faithfulness that is new every morning, just as Lamentations 3:22-23 reminds us: "Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Praise Him for being a God of peace, not chaos, and for inviting you to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Spend a moment worshiping the God who is Emmanuel—God with you—in this very moment. As you acknowledge His presence surrounding you, thank Him that He is both powerful enough to handle your concerns and gentle enough to understand your struggle. Declare with the psalmist that the Lord is your light and your salvation; whom shall you fear (Psalm 27:1)?

As 1 John 1:9 assures us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."
Acknowledge where you may have forgotten the promises of God or allowed your mind to spiral into "what-ifs" instead of resting in His sovereignty. Ask for forgiveness for doubting His care, and receive the grace He freely offers. Remember that confessing is not about shame but about returning to the secure arms of your Father, who loves you completely.

Thank Him for the ways He has sustained you through anxieties in the past, and for the strength you've found in Him. Philippians 4:4-5 encourages us: "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near."
