An Evening Prayer After the Day's Meetings
A gentle prayer guide for the evening, helping you reflect on the day's meetings with honesty and bring the weight of conversations, decisions, and interactions to Jesus. This guide uses the ACTS framework to help you process what happened, offer it up, and find rest.

Before a big moment
5–12 min
Adoration
Begin by simply noticing that Jesus is present with you now, in this quiet moment after the noise of the day. You might tell Him what you admire about Him — perhaps His patience, the way He listens without rushing, or how He sees people fully. As the psalmist writes,

Did you listen well, or were you already thinking about what came next? Jesus knows it all anyway—He invites you to name it without shame. As Paul reminds us,
Thanksgiving

As Colossians 3:16-17 reminds us, let peace and gratitude be the governing force:
My Concerns
Now bring the concerns that the meetings surfaced. Are there relationships that need healing? Decisions that weigh on you? People you worry about? Bring these forward honestly. You might pray for clarity, for wisdom in follow-up conversations, or simply for the people who were in the room with you today. Jesus invites you to cast your cares on Him, because He cares for you deeply. As 1 Peter 5:7 says,
